Best Choice Training Ltd was established in 2011 with the main aim to focus on improving standards and practice within the healthcare sector, through delivery of quality training and care related qualification and specialist units.   The company further developed its products and services to meets the needs of the market segments and customer’s needs within the Business and Retail sectors.

The company values are centered on personalised and quality delivery to meet the individualised needs of organisations, their customers and industry standards.

We pride our delivery on the promotion of choices, flexibility, and needs led service through a variety of methods and approaches.

Since 2011 the company has worked effectively with Connections and Local job centre in getting the un-employed in to work. Partnership is developed with Local businesses and is supporting people of all age into paid employment and providing them with adequate training and education to increase their employability skills.

The company performance in the academic year 2012-2013 the company has delivered 60 apprenticeships within the midlands area with a 85 percentage achievements in delivery to the age group 16-18 and 85% 19+ with a retention rate of 90% and progression rate 90%.

As a part of a consortium we took part in an OFSTED inspection and achieved an overall grading of GOOD with an ambition to improve to OUTSTANDING within the next two year.

The success of the previous year has informed a growth plan that provided direction for expansion on the products and services delivered.
